• What is AET time?

  AET time is the current time that we have set for our servers.
  The current AET time is 2010/03/12 04:25:52 PM.

• I am a fan, I have or am in a band. What do I need to sign up?

  Sign up is quick and easy for anyone. Just visit our registration form and fill in a few details, then select the account type for Band or Fan/Groupie/Friend and submit your registration. An email will be sent to the email address you registered with to complete your account activation.

• I have a friend who is in a band. Can I sign his band up?

  We would suggest that a band signs up for themselves but if for whatever reason this is not possible and the band has agreed to name you as executor of their account then you may sign them up however at any time the band may decide to take over the account by contacting us directly.

• I have an account already but cannot find a place to log in.

  Find the "members" button in the top navigation of the website and click on it. If you are not logged in you will be prompted for your username and password.

• I have lost my password. How can I regain access to my account?

  If you remember your username and the email address that you registered with then you can visit the forgot password page to regain access to your account.

• Media Distribution Policy. Why must I agree?

  In order for us to promote and distribute your music you must agree to our terms. One of the main reasons is that it protects us in the event that someone uploads media that does not belong to them. The person uploading takes full responsibility for their actions by agreeing to our terms.

• I have a band account. How do I start making money?

  Log into your account. You will be sent to the member dashboard. Look in the left navigation for the "make money" link and click on it. Follow the instructions given from that point on.

• I have sold some of my mp3 downloads. Now how do I get paid?

  You must sell at least $5.00 worth of downloads before you will recieve a payment from our website. At any time you may request that we deposit your balance into your PayPal account for a fee of $3.00 so we recommend that you just sell a few more downloads and await the payout that happens on the first of every month.

• How much do I need in my account before I can get paid?

  Due to the cost per transaction our minimum payout is $5.00 and is subhect to change without notice.

• My account has reached the minimum amount for a payout. Now when do I get paid?

  All accounts with a balance of at least $5.00 will be deposited into your PayPal account at around 1:00 AM on the first day of every month.
